Pilot Air™ 2 Weekend Bag

What a great bag! I bought it specifically for the bottom shoe compartment, which did not disappoint. Fits up to 5 pairs of flats/sandals or 1 pair of tall snow boots or 2 pairs of sneakers. The main compartment is large enough for 2-3 outfits + toiletries.Appreciate the 3 zippered pouches: 2 on the exterior, 1 on the interior. Well constructed, will last well beyond the 10 year warranty.

I ordered this bag by mistake. I immediately called customer service had to go through the AI system to cancel. It does not tell you whether it’s canceled or not. I then called customer service. They verified and assured me that I almost canceled and what did I receive at my house the very same item that was canceled supposedly through the AI system and they’re speaking to a live agent. I then called to explain, and the new agent took me through so many hassles and changes wanting to know all this verification of information and emails phone numbers they have all that they give you my phone number on the answer machine when you call I’m explaining I’ve given them the order number and everything but they still take you through 1000 questions but yet they still cannot cancel orders appropriately when you call back immediately after you ordered the item within two minutes, I was on the phone canceling it. Poor customer service now I have to go and return this item.

The weekend bag is okay but the bottom section can barely fit a 7.5 womens shoe. The bottom section is better for toiletries than shoes. The too section can fit up 4 or five outfits. I would if preferred wheels and a handle rather than carry. Overall it’s ok but thought the price was too high for the bag n its features.

This bag is huge. So much space.
