Beautiful dress

Pretty design; ruching is very flattering. Medium fits well & skims body nicely, true to size IMO, however I will need to hem 2-3 inches to hit above ankle. For reference I am 5'4", 145 lbs, 36D. Purchased for outside afternoon wedding.
