elastic broken
Received the skirt with the elastic around the waist twisted making it unable to wear. I returned it received a new one and that one had a broken elastic waistband as well. I would not buy from this designer again two times with a broken waistband is ridiculous for a $40 Skirt. The skirt is also see-through. You need a slip for underneath it.

There’s no way this was $98 at some point. The fabric is so cheap stiff and see through. It’s like Halloween costume fabric
