Parker Stretch Wool Trousers

These slacks were of excellent quality, a comfortable, light-weight pair of wool slacks.

I had been looking to get a nice pair of lightweight wool charcoal grey dress pants to replace a pair I had worn out a few years ago. I found plenty of medium grey pants that called themselves charcoal grey, but this pair is really charcoal grey. They have a more European slim cut - meaning I had to size up from my usual 36” waste to a 38” waste to comfortably fit my butt and thighs (I used to be an athlete). The 38” is a little loose at the waste, but nothing a good belt won’t fix - and I can always have the waste taken in if needed. The material is great for warm weather, and the pants are well constructed.

I love the Zanella purchase but it seems they used a hot iron, that left a mark on the pants. I am going on vacation, I will bring it back to the store for exchange.
