Mari Slide Sandal (Women)

I got the gold ones and they are super cute and comfortable. The heel is perfect: not too high but still curvy and sexy. They could easily be dressed up or worn with jeans.I wear a 7 sandal and ordered that. The length is perfect, but if anything, my narrow foot might need it a touch tighter. But if I'm wearing these strappys, that's because it's hot out and my feet will swell. So I'm keeping them.

I've been on the hunt for a low heel sandal with about a 2" heel. I tried the styles out by Vince Camuto, Marc Fisher, Calvin Klein, and Open Edit. I found all of them tight and uncomfortable due to low quality leather and synthetic linings and sole. Some of them also made flip flop sounds or my baby toe popped out due to the strap placement. Then came these Paige sandals, they are wonderful! They are a nice low 2" heel that will be great when I want to elevate my style above a flat but will be walking enough that a 3-4" heel will become uncomfortable. The leather on the straps is nice and soft. The straps come high enough over my instep that the shoe only slightly lifts away from my foot when I walk but generally stays with me. The leather sole makes them light and flexible too. I wear a 7.5 or an 8 and bought these in an 8. There is a bit of extra room in front of the toe but they are so comfortable that I will keep this size. I would say they are true to size. My foot technically measures 7.5, right between medium and wide. These are wide enough for me so I don't think they will work for a narrow foot. Only thing I would change is the square toe. I know that's the trend but I don't like seeing extra shoe in front of my toes. If your 2nd and third toes are on the longer side, this will be a good style for you. I'm happy to find what I've been looking for and under $200 for all leather. My husband said he likes them too and he rarely comments on anything I buy. I've been happy with all PAIGE purchases.
