Eliis Genuine Shearling Penny Loafer (Women)

Don’t let the reviews about slipping heels deter you. I simply removed the plush shearling insole and my usual size fit perfectly. If you want to keep the insole inside, you could probably go up half a size. The exterior shearling look was more important to me than the footbed being plush like an Ugg, so I’m keeping my usual size and swapping the insole for a standard one. Looks wise, these are just too darn cute. If you’re a loafer person, they’re a must to add to your collection. I’ll be wearing these non-stop during the cool months.

Too bad these are going back, they are adorable and strangely comfortable. The problem is I walk right out of them. My heel constantly slides out, I added heel guards hoping that would help, no luck. I added provided insert hoping that would help, no luck. I don’t understand what’s wrong but they are impossible to walk in. Very disappointed.

I usually do not write reviews, but this product is so spectacularly bad that I feel it is my moral duty to warn others. The construction of this shoe is so bad that I wonder whether the manufacturer has ever seen a human foot? The shoe is incredibly heavy and at the same time the footbed is way too shallow. So even if you have a well-fitting shoe (length-wise), you cannot walk without the contraption simply falling off your foot - with every step. It’s really remarkable. Would not expect such faulty design even for a product 1/10 the price of this one.
