Love the boots, poor pack job.
The boots are a soft, formed leather and a medium width calf. I’m 5’8’’, 165lbs and a size 8 and they fit me perfectly. They’re too tight around the calf to tuck jeans into (for me) but if I were 150lbs they would probably have room. There a seem around the ankle and I anticipate a little bit of slouch here over time so I’ll have to be careful with storage. They are not slippery, perfect sized heel and pitch to wear with a skirt but not be too dressy. I live in the country where everywhere we go we’re on gravel or grass and stilettos just don’t work. They will be perfect. That said, whoever packaged them crammed them into a bag and box that were about 1/2” too short thus bending them at the ankle. It wasn’t enough to crease them but enough to frustrate me for sure. I decided to keep them since I don’t believe they’ll be too bad off from it but perhaps the slouch at the ankle I’m concerned with wouldn’t have been an issue with better packaging.
