This Cole Haan measured up to all criteria for a functional packable travel rain jacket. No hook and loop closures that come loose or stick when they are not supposed to. Heavy gauge metal zippers with a large clasp to grab onto. Micro zippers are forever getting stuck, and I do not need to be fishing for tiny clasps. There is one inside chest pocket. It would be better with two. No outside chest pockets though. There are outside double waist level pockets, but they are reach in, not zippered. The jacket fits great and styled right.
