Never buy a final sale item
I purchased my 3rd pair of P448 shoes online. I was ok with buying a final sale item at first because it was my 3rd pair, and I like the look and fit of these shoes. I picked up my package from the store and didn't open the box until I got home. BIG MISTAKE! Someone actually shipped me a pair of shoes where the heal is so badly damaged there is no way to wear them. I cannot believe that there are employees that are so "checked out", (meaning they obviously do not care) that they did not see how damaged these were and sent them to me anyway. Now I'm stuck with shoes I can't wear and out $72.00. Thank goodness I did not spend more!
