Strapless Crepe Midi Dress

Looks great— for a moment. No point returning it was so inexpensive. The reviews about the hem are absolutely true— it is awkward and doesn’t straighten. The fit around the body and length is just as shown. The dress wouldn’t stay up, had to keep pulling it up, and the zipper in the back kept poking me. I have a figure fairly identical to the model, so assumed it would stay up and not need a large bust. The xs would be too tight for my taste. Very disappointing. That probably why it’s on sale.

I have never loved a dress more! No matter that it was the dress I was just married in, but it really was perfect for me. Amazingly flattering and the pale blue color is soft and completely feminine. Despite it being strapless, it was one of the most comfortable dresses I have ever worn. It is fully lined and although you may opt to wear shapewear, I did not find it necessary with the lining. Very forgiving. I read a couple of the other review (was honestly shocked that it did not receive the highest ratings) and I can tell you the "crease" at the bottom of the dress was nothing more than having to readjust and align the lining so the hem would lay flat. I only had to do that when first putting it on and it stayed in place the entire night. For the price, this was the best deal ever. And I will be wearing at every opportunity for years to come!

I bought this dress for a wedding and initially when I unwrapped it, I thought that it was just wrinkled at the bottom and I figured a steaming would take out the wrinkles, but after steaming the wrinkles turned out to be uneven material that was overlapping unfortunately I had to pivot at the last minute. I think that the crêpe material was the issue so buyer beware.
