Absolute trash- how did these pass QC?!
In their defense I will first say I love olukai. I have other shoes and multiple flip flops as well slippers that I love. In my younger days I managed a couple of shoe stores as well retail stores in shopping malls. Now that I'm double in age I have gone through many different shoes and Brands and I have a large collection. These are by far the strangest fitting shoes I have ever purchased, unfortunately I got these online. Trusting in the brand and how the other Footwear has fit me so well I assumed these would be the same. They are strangely flat and low cut on the upper and then they have this oddly shaped, ginormous heel cup. Nothing about these shoes makes sense. This is not a production cut shoe it feels like a custom shape for a very particular foot type. Massive whiff.

Terrible design on the heel
Shoes didn't fit right in the heel, the brown leather is too low and tight which then forces your heel to come rub and come out. It's a common problem I see now being posted.
