Disappointed
I love this bag! I purchase this bag 3 months ago and the clasp that closes the bag broke. The bag is now useless because I can't close it.
I am disappointed because of the Rack return policy. I wish the Rack was more like the Full line stores they would return or exchange poor quality goods.
