Poor construction!
Beautiful shoe be had to be delivered as not in stock at store. First pair received had poor stitching and had to be returned. Second pair was so badly sewn that it wouldn't even be sold at a "seconds outlet"! Had to be returned again. Will never again purchase on line.

Great pair of dress shoes walnut!
Wow! Great quality. The walnut color goes well with my tan belt and tan ostrich strap watch. My first pair of Allen Edmonds and I am happy! These will fit in well with my rotation of ferragamos! Will purchase more Allen Edmonds in the future!

Highly Recommend

At a glance, these didn't look much different than my Cole Haan shoes (which are still great), but once I picked them up... the differences were pretty obvious. These are just really well made shoes. The high quality is obvious even to me.

Great Shoe, Great Look, Great Feel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my first Allen Edmond 1998 when I started working in the financial industry. The classic look of black pair of Clifton's brought my entire work wardrobe to life. I found out that the Cliftons that I purchased not only looked great but felt wonderful, they felt so good that I purchased a pair of Camel colored Cliftons several months later. As time passed, the Cliftons that I purchased became more and more comfortable, and after each visit to Nordstroms Shoe Shine Technician for conditioning and waxing the shoes seems to mold to my feet.
I have purchased Bruno Magli, Johnson & Murphy and Brass Boot, but none of them look, feel and are constructed to stand the test of time.
Over the course of 15 years I have purchased more that several pairs of Allen Edmonds. I have recommended to my friends that if they want a great pair of shoes that will look and feel great over the course of many years that Allen Edmonds are the way to go.
