Bad fit
This cut is very different from other NYDJ jeans. I wear a 4 in Marilyns and Sheris, and I swim in a 4 with this one. Even a 2 is big. I have to do another return now. So glad I can do that easily with Nordstrom.

Size down one abd go to petite length!
Love this pair of jeans! I usually wear a 14, and have learned that with NYDJ i often need to size down. Also, the regular ones (same brand, “Teresa wide leg”) i had to return b/c of the incredibly long length-i am 5’7” and for some reason needed to buy petite in this jean-and it’s perfect! So if that happens to you, i highly recommend swapping in for petite-the hemline stitching is so nice it’d be a shame to have to get alterations!

These jeans are the ones to wear with sneakers or pumps or sandals. Choose your top and accessories accordingly! I did have to have mine shortened as I’m 5’5 and do not go for stilts in the heels. They have just a bit of stretch and they’re so soft they don’t have that stiff feeling some jeans have.
