Love these jeans
I had a pair of the Sheri Slim NYDJ jeans and I bought this pair to size down (yay!)). From an 8 to a size 6. I paid full tag price on my first pair and saved a ton of money on this pair. I’m really pleased with the purchase because this cut in the Sheri Slim Jean really fits me well. I’m not young but I really like the fit. Ok, I’m 67 and I always wonder how old the other reviewers are. I recommend this pair of jeans.

Waistline runs big
I have 3 pair nydj in size 12 or 10 and these particular jeans run really big around the waistline. I fit in a size 8. there is no way I am a true 8 lol i wish I was.

Goodbye Skinny Hello Slim
I purchased two pair of NYDJ Sherri slim jeans because I no longer like the fit of my skinny jeans from different designers. The color/wash of the sherri slim jeans are made with different materials which contribute to the fit. I ordered the cooper color/wash in size 8 and it is 84% cotton, 14% polyester and 2% elastane. I ordered the clear horizon color in size 10 and it is 98% cotton and 2% lycra. I was surprised the size 8 fit so well and hugged my curves because I normally wear a size 12 in skinny jeans. I love the softness and slight stretch of the size 8 made of 84% cotton, 14% polyester and 2% elastane. The size 10 aren’t as soft, but they fit just fine. I am keeping both sizes and may order another color/wash of Sherri jeans.

do not size down like you usually would with NYDJ
I have several pairs of NYDJ and I bought the size I usually do and they are so small. ( incentive to lose weight,but not the fit like all others) if you are buying for the 1st time either get your true size or size up with this fit
