These have no pockets so I could size down to a small. They are a heavier weight fabric.

I didn't realize these were "shapewear" pants. But, I must say, I love that they are thick and heavy. They feel GREAT on. I don't really care for the shapewear panel thing in the front. It is basically a stretchy spandex panel. Meh, maybe I will get used to it. I have not worn them out yet, but after trying the on I liked the look.
