Exceptional quality at a rare reasonable price. When Nordstrom does their original line designs they oftentimes never disappoint on quality for a modest style and quantify product at an average price. This was a style that maybe wasn’t as flattering as it could be and I was able to get it for a really good price this way using the RAK; finding an exceptional fabric in a reasonable design. I don’t obsess about how I look but I do appreciate good quality and was able to find this reasonable price thing that is such a a nice heavy for the size feel with wonderful feel on the skin. If I recall, I haven’t been to the main store in more than a decade, this fabric can be resized at the main store specialty department known as alterations and you can option to only resize a part of the garment. So the size I selected I would resize the top one size smaller and the bottom the largest size variance of 1.5 size smaller to balance the style to my preference as the bottom was more of a flair or full skirt and I really only like fitted midi length that I adjust to my specific length when wearing. Similar had I bought the size too small, I could refit the top a half size or even a full size to get a better fit. It was an included service option when buying at the main store and possibly is a cost option service for RAK purchased clothing of this type of fabric, but I would call and ask if it is of exceptional concern. I wear it in this baggy form as the quality of the fabric is so nice and looks good either way to my minimal perception of concern of appearance. It does require time that I don’t want to use to diligently work with an at or near expert on the matters of exceptional fit edited for me, especially with my weight changing frequently. I found the style generous and the size generous compared to my usual fit type clothing that are form fitting, yet only about a half size maybe generous. This possibly the design decision providing a little space for fit form expecting. You could with proper time order the size smaller and have it fitted to your figure sizing it to your size for a neat tight fit on some of the designs of this particular fabric if they do indeed form fit adjust it to your measurements. I like sizing it down as I prefer the concept that it will fit either way and not have yet another project upon purchase to work on and then having it sit as a task to accomplish. With that said, I also look kinda messy or not very well edited at times in my rugged pursuit, which fits me wonderfully as I save thousand of hours on those matters. I do appreciate edited fit on anyone and this fabric and product rarely offered is that concept of a decent product you could purchase, spend the time to expert the fit for yourself, and having something wonderful on occasion or even frequently, which is like a lifestyle change for some. Even with the obsessive about proper fit and care; a decent product that is machine or hand wash as the standard care and remains integrity is worth having in the rare spaces available for your wardrobe. If they did five different midi length dresses in black in this context of fabric I would probable buy each one every year for my wardrobe and a handful of other ones in different colors that hopefully were also wonderful style and not what I already have in black, especially at this rare available pricing at the RAK.
