Wednesday Pinstripe Oversize Blazer

I like this blazer for many reasons. It’s lightweight and I like to have a blazer that I can throw on with jeans and not look like I am going to work. This blazer is cool like that. It is oversized in shoulders and has an oversized look but the arms are not oversized. I ordered a size down and then returned for my true size. And I am short and petite but I wanted more arm room in case I feel like wearing a t shirt that is bulky underneath. The blazer is lined and it’s a relaxed fit material. I am fine with his not being a high end blazer. I don’t buy it for the office or a job interview.

Stumbled on this in store with the matching pleated mini skirt and it’s a beautiful suit to dress up or down! Both pieces were under $100 on sale and will last a white and make several looks. I wish the sleeve had buttons or vents at the hem but I will cut them cuz I like to push my sleeves up. But of a boxier fit and it’s not the worst poly material it doesn’t look super cheap. Love the look!

Surprised how much I love this jacket. It’s oversized in body of jacket yet more fitted at bottom of sleeve area. I’m 5’3 and not overwhelming on me. Perfect with skinny jeans and Chelsea boots for added height. Not so great with a skirt unless perhaps wearing short mini skirt which isn’t my style. I’m curvy and bottom of jacket lays nicely on hip area. Glad I purchased as it adds another blue jean look to my closet. Nice weight with soft, fine pinstripes. Jacket is also lined with material that feels nice against body. Great inexpensive price. Got normal size Large.
