ALWAYS no problems or hassles. Think this is at least my 1/2 dozenth pair of NB running shoes from Joe's. Was very reluctant the first time but always happy to buy there now. This pair has been as good as the rest. My size 14's support about 250#'s and they are comfortable.

The shoe is horrible. Very uncomfortable and clunky. I would not recommend. It is the worst NB shoe I have ever owned. The laces would not stay tied so I had to switch them out with new laces. Just the unlacing of the shoes was a nightmare. Not sure what you guys were thinking but it clearly was not for comfort or ease of use.

Snug but supportive
I was looking for a pair to replace Columbia Montrail, which lasted about 17 months. This is much more snug than classic NB. A little tighter to put on. But feels good once on. Cushion is firm but supportive. I use it daily walking my dog.
