All-Day Heel Mule (Women)

These shoes look nice. But when I received them, the insoles were both wrinkled around the middle. And within 10 seconds of trying them on, the insole on one shoe peeled back, from toe to mid-foot. And that insole looked thin and flimsy. The shoe is also uncomfortable, with barely any cushioning and absolutely no arch support.

I like these shoes, even if the toes is a bit rounded for my taste. But the thing that has me tempted to return them, though, is the heel. In the description, it says "block heel." And, at a glance it looks like a block heel, but (at least in the pair I received), the heel is actually wrapped in something to make it look like it's layered. Maybe a vinyl sticker kind of thing? Don't know, but it definitely is not layered wood. That brings into question quality (and honesty) and makes me wonder if they'll hold up.
