Cute crystal details
Pump has crystal details on the strap which made it seemed more elegant. The sling back caused the heel to make clacking noise when walking. Narrow design and too high of a heel for my comfort. Will be returning

Unacceptable shipping time
I placed my order on 12/3 and as of 12/9, my order has not shipped. For a retailer like Nordstrom, this is surprising and unacceptable that it is taking a week just to ship the items.
