Cross Training Shoes
I love these shoes for my cross training workouts. I had previously rolled my ankle because I was wearing running shoes. These shoes offer a great alternative to running or flat lifting shoes. But! The part that I like the best is the way they tightly fit the sides of my foot for extra support. They have enough cushion for any impact training and not too much that I don't feel stable for my lifting.

Had to return due to quality and comfort
The inside of these have hard plastic on top that is part of the design and very uncomfortable. It was really bizarre and shoddily designed for Nike shoes. Would not buy, save yourself the return.

So uncomfortable and hard
These are so not good looking, hard and uncomfortable. Flat, no support, hard back, absolutely uncomfortable to put on. Haven't seen sneakers that are these bad in my life!

Great fit and keep their shape
I love the fit of these Nikes - I’m actually not a fan of overly cushy and plush shoes and these have a little more structure and a little less padding in the sole. They keep their shape and hold up well.
