I purchased the pink and red Nike tennis shoes in 6.5. Typically, that is what I wear in all Nike shoes. They seemed to be a little small at first. I have worn them and stretched a bit, enough to be nice and comfy. I love the color and style of these shoes.

Pink and red has yellow foam showing at tongue
The 3 star rating is specific to this color; the shoe style itself is a 5. Love Nike Cortez, and was excited for the pink and red in my usual size 8.5 for this style. However, the tongue of the pink is unfinished, and the yellow foam lining is on full display. The other colors have a finished tongue. Why would Nike make such an ugly design choice for the pink? It looks like an old egg crate mattress right at the top of your foot, prominently visible.
