Love the material, not true to size though.
This is a beautiful shirt, with a pretty dressy floral pattern. You don't need to iron, but you can if you really want to. Sleeves roll up nicely and I just love the soft, thicker cotton blend fabric, this will definitely become my favorite "go to" shirt for summer work and evening outings. However, I feel like the fabric stretches enough so that it is not too tight on my torso and chest, but truthfully it isn't true to size. I probably should have gotten an XL instead; none the less I am keeping the large since it does loosen up with some light tugs and pulls. I want to purchase it in other colors if available.

Fits smaller
Fits much tighter than a usual medium Nic and Zoe. No stretch at all. Worried would shrink if adhere to machine wash and dry.
