Nice but loose

I ordered the cognac and it came in as dark brown. I read the label of the shoe box multiple times to make sure it was cognac and sure enough. Also, there’s no thickness whatsoever to the part of the boot that goes over the leg. Its like thin fabric and it doesn’t look right at all.
