Repeat purchase

Purchased this shoe about a year ago and it has met all expectations. Well-designed, tough and comfortable. Sole is a good combo of stiffness and flexibility. Current purchase is a backup pair.

Too hard but really wide and anatomical toe

I am returning these but leaving a review for others who may have similar feet. This shoe was recommended on a Youtube video for people wanting good walking shoes for wide feet. I am a woman and use a man's shoe due to bunion width. Additionally I have been transitioning to Topo shoes which have anatomically rounded toe. These have lower drop and I wanted one pair of 8 to 12 mm drop to relieve pains caused by hiking with the new shoes and stretching tendons and muscles in new ways. This shoe is well made (appears to be), in my opinion pretty attractive in the brown suede, and amazingly ample toe box which is wide enough for me! However, the foam in it is very thick and I guess consequently it is a very hard shoe and also oddly in it I feel like I am tipping to one side of my foot. I don't really understand this but it is uncomfortable and so I am returning. Hope this info helps somebody.

Shoes are tight

Shoes do not fit as well as the same model and size I purchased last time. The are smalller and feel tight. Also the material is different.

Comfortable, but.

Comfortable, but the thread on the right toe unraveled on the second wear. Now I have a hole in my shoe.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear the stitching on the right toe unraveled after only the second wear, resulting in a hole in the shoe. We understand your disappointment, and our Customer Care team is available if you need any assistance.

Unfortunately the fit is not good for me - too tight in the toe area. I went up a 1/2 size but I am finding the shoes uncomfortable.

Sturdy, but unusual fit

Ordered this in extra wide and have been surprised by the fit. It's a little snug in the arch area. Unusual because I'm used to tightness in the toe box. Nice sturdy shoe otherwise, but not the most comfortable.

Good training shoes

This model is very comfortable for training. But, next time I'll order 1/2 a size bigger because of the front design. Overall, its a keeper.
