Minimus

They are a replacement for a pair of first generation minimus that I have had for, possibly 30 years that finally wore out. While they are not exactly as the pair that was replaced, they are still sufficient for my needs.

Narrow and Cut Small

I could not wear the shoe because of the narrow arch and tightness. I wear size 14. The show looked nice but just did not work for my foot.

Great look; good fit and function

Although wide, a little tight near toes. Offering a 4E (not available) might have helped. Also, a little stiff for training in the gym. They do the job, but other brands were a lot more flexible in arch and helps when lifting.

Not as wide as other NB shoes

We ordered the wide size but the shoe was tight. Other NB models are wider unfortunately, my son could not keep it. Can not comment on the quality as not used. Cool shoes but will be returning them.

Good shows just not for me

I think the shoes are great but I just don’t think they are for my feet. Everytime I wear them to the gym my feet hurt so bad! But I’ll figure out how to use them since I bought them and probably can’t return

New Balance Minimus Trail V2

A great shoe for walking, running, & trail experience. Very comfortable fit with good width, generous toebox ( wide width), and ultra-reasonable price.

Light and comfortable.

Comfy, wide, light, and positively rigid. Good for everything I’m doing.

Too narrow

Ordered wide and it fits narrow. I expected a minimalist style to fit like the natural shape of a foot, but it still tries to force the toes to a point.

Handles stair mills sprints wonderfully

The tongue is the only part of the shoe that seems "week"

Too much cushion

Too much cushioning for a minimus. I want arch support like my other NB Minimus and NO CUSHIONING.

New Balance US response
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear this style had more cushioning than expected and did not provide the arch support you prefer in a Minimus. Your comments are appreciated and will help us improve future designs to better meet expectations for minimal cushioning and proper support.

Wide is a little snug

A little snug -- I ordered 9 2E, but not bad. Remember this is Minimus -- not much cushion, so don't expect a soft ride.
