Very comfortable but quality is questionable
The shoes were very comfortable and very light-weight, but the BOA button didn't work on one of the shoes right out of the box. I'm a huge fan of New Balance sneakers, but this time I was afraid the shoes wouldn't hold up so I had to return them. By the way, the "red" color was actually electric orange.

No insole; asymmetrical fastening; didn’t work!
I was really hopeful that these shoes would provide the minimal but real support that I need and fit my narrow heel. They didn’t. There was no insole so I could not adjust arch support. The asymmetrical fastening system made the shoe difficult to put on and have a smooth ’tongue’. When I smoothed out the tongue it was asymmetrically tight or too loose! The were sent back.

Feel great
Went with the same sizing as my 650s (I have wide feet) and these feel perfect. The lace mechanic is cool and I can get them tight enough to stop my heel sliding up and down. Though I could wear them with socks, I do prefer them without!

Good shoes
Really convenient because I don’t have to tie shoelaces. It’s very comfortable too. But if you run outdoors you might need a little more cushioning. I love the color - cheers me up!
