Very nice, comfortable well cushioned walking shoe. From what I understand the predecessor the v13 was even more cushiony, but I personally did not try. This shoe is pretty good, but wish New Balance would quit changing things up every year.

I've been a huge fan of the 880s. I've had over 5 pairs of them the last couple years. I decided to give the 1080s a chance but they don't feel nearly as good in the toe area. The feels cramped in the vertical direction in the toe area.

Love the shoe, if I could ever get it!!!
Ordered once before, standard shipping, arrived via FedEx no problem. Ordered 2nd pair, standard shipping, shipped via USPS, still waiting... Do yourself a favor as a customer, ALWAYS choose FedEx. Nordstrom, do yourself a favor, ditch USPS as an option for shipping items to customers they SUCK!!!

Midsole is a squeeze toy
The midsole feels overly soft, almost like stepping on a squeeze toy. The ride feels similar to running on sand. I would like to return it, but I’ve already worn it once.
