Received dirty, used shoes
I received dirty, used shoes that were in a bag instead of the box. To return, I need to go into store unless I want to pay $10.00 to return by mail. I’m fine with that if I don’t like an item but for a used and defective item, that’s ridiculous.

Nice but painful.
The shoes look great and classy. They fit very comfortably UNTIL you start to walk. They hurt both of my toes around the knuckle joints. It seems that it’s an issue that New Balance has had.

Nordstrom typical stellar service fell short
Sneakers were advertised as new but no box ( not a big deal) and heavily soiled. Intended as gift but arrived over a week late. Could not have used as a gift regardless because of heavy soiling. Have shopped with Nordstrom for years and this has been my only less then outstanding experience, thus 3 stars rather than the 1 star this deserved.

No box and seemed used
I ordered these shows online and they cost less than if I would have ordered directly from New Balance directly. They look a little dirty like maybe they were slightly used and arrived without a shoebox. This wasn’t ideal for gift giving.
