I love this design and comfort of Michelle. I have been looking for navy heels for years. So glad I found them.
This is my second pair of Michelle. The fit was smaller than the pair I have been wearing for years so I had to return them for the next size up. The return process was super easy.

WHAT HAPPENED???????
I've been buying these pumps for years for a go to work shoe. The last pair I bought had noticeably cheaper materials, flimsy and cheap sides that stretch out when I walk. I can tell a HUGE difference between these and the ones I bought a few years ago. They are uncomfortable, cheap and hard to walk in. Please do better.

Searching for the perfect pair
Definitely very comfortable for the first hour and a half. I wear sneakers size 6.5 and got size 6 for these heels. It was quite troublesome trying to figure out the right size since there are no more physical stores and some major stores no longer display them. Half size down is a good fit for me.
Anyway, padding on the heel and arch were good and cushiony but wish there were more cushion on the ball of the feet. It actually feels like there's no cushion but there was no pain from my big toe after wearing the heels for 3 hours. Eventually my pinky toes would rub against the side as I walked which was the only pain after an hour and a half.
Not the perfect pair but lasted longer in comfort than other heels I have.
