Optimus Stud Moto Boot (Women)

First time in decades I've had to return shoes because they do not fit. I wear a 9 1/2 wide and these shoes were too small. They squeezed my foot uncomfortably on the top of the foot and in the heel area where it felt like cardboard digging into me and I had to actually check to see if I accidentally left the cardboard insert in the boot. I'd consider going up a size but decided it would probably be way too big in the toe area, when it was really just the top of the foot and heel area that is too small.
