Hadley Square Toe Bootie (Women)

I was notified by email that my order was ready to pick up at the Porter Ranch store in California, On November 21, 2025. So on November 21, 2025, I went to Porter Ranch to pick them up. However, when I got there, I was told they had been refunded. So I’m confused why I had been notified that they were ready to be picked up today and then when I went to pick them up, they were refunded today and I never saw them. The staff could not find them. They told me it was a Nordstrom rack product so it would be back on the floor for sale. I could not find them anywhere. There were actually six different pair of boots/shoes. I could not find a single pair? I called Nordstrom Customer Service. They tried to help and said that they had been refunded. No one could tell me where the shoes were. But they were not where they were supposed to be. This is the second time in three months that this type of issues has happened to me. I had to place the second order on both of these large orders. Which means all that money is on my credit card because they won’t return it to my credit for several days but they’ll take it out immediately. It’s very frustrating. I don’t understand why there’s not a better system in place at Nordstrom.
