Not the best customer experience.
I couldn’t wait for the shoes to arrive.
However, they arrived in a crushed box without a lid to the shoe box. Not even any protective cardboard or normal tissue in the box, just shoes. Humm, obviously neglect. The shoes looked kind of narrow. And yes when I tried them on they were too narrow. I have never ordered a wide width before but in this instance I intended to exchange for the wider width.
I called customer service and they said it was a $9.00 return fee ( My Nordstrom Rack closed)and I would have to pay shipping again for the exchange. Long story short, should have bought them at Macy’s for the same price and better experience.

Wide width not wide enough
I selected the wide width in my normal size but the strap across the front could not accommodate my wider feet. It is just too tight and prevents my foot from getting all the way into the shoe. The heel height is reasonable and the style nice but I will be returning them.

Metallics not As Great
Love this sandal for so many reasons- heel height, so many color options, and mostly comfort! BUT the metallics colors have a lot to be desired- very bright and garish. I tried the gold and a few silvers, but returned all of them . Having said that, I DO own 3 pairs, and am getting the new rattan looking brown one. I think it runs 1/2 size small, and I always get a WIDE for comfort.
