Hate the new production quality and fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn’t feel like a naturalizer at all! This has been my go to brand for 10 years, because of great cushioned arch support and wide widths. I ordered my same size and the arch support is lower, lacks cushion and feels like walking on hard plastic. The leather looks of good quality and the look of the boot are the only redeeming features. This brand will no longer be a reliable one I can count on for comfort and fit.
