Lovely Shoes!!!! Unfortunately one heel came out tilted, send them back and request for another pair. Naturallizer send me a pair within the same day, I was so sand that the design is like that. This could be a safety issue while walking.

Beautiful but Uncomfortable
I bought these over a month ago, but due to the cold weather I wore them for the first time in March. The strap and buckle were very uncomfortable against my ankle, even after readjusting. The overall shoe is very pretty and I love the bows. If I had tried them on sooner I would have returned them. Please make the Melody in Black!
