Loose straps.
Unfortunately the heel strap on these shoes were very loose my heels just popped right out of the back of them. I tried them on but hadn't actually tried walking around in them until I went to wear them on my birthday and I had to swap them out for something else

cute but painful
These shoes seemed to fit well and were comfortable when I tried them on but after wearing them for a couple of hours they became painful in the toes. So painful I ended up taking them off at the event. I've never had shoes hurt this much. Buyer beware.

Cute but runs small
Runs way small and yet afraid to order larger as strap doesn't adjust and may be too big from what other reviews said.

The Toe Squisher
For a shoe in the ‘comfort’ category, these are really uncomfortable. I’m between a 7 and 7.5, but never an 8. I bought the 7.5 and they were too small, and really narrow in the toe box but loose in the ankle. Whenever you walk your heel comes off the shoe, but your toes are totally squished. Will be returning.
