Colleen Bit Loafer (Women)

Have loved the comfort of Munro shoes for more than 10 years. Lots of padding inside and with sole it’s a dream to wear. These are pretty too with the touch of silver. I also considered the plain version, but preferred this one. I marked it true to size and width, but it may run a bit narrow in the heel since it fits my foot perfectly.

My regular size is 8.5N 2A. I ordered this in the suede in 2 sizes, 8.5 N & 8N. I ended up keeping the 8N instead of the 8.5N because my heel was not completely secure as it was slipping out a bit when I walked though with a very thin sock it would be OK. I kept the 8N because it is a delicate lightweight suede so it will definitely stretch out over time. The larger size would have eventually stretched out too much in the heel as well as in the width. The size 8 is just slightly snug & I won't have to wear socks. I felt it was a good compromise since the difference isn't that huge. I love this design & wanted to get it before it sold out. I will definitely enjoy them year round, except winter of course!

For as long as Munro has been in business, I have been able to rely on consistant sizing. Now something has changed! I bought 3 pair, these loafers were one pair, and they are all too big. They are too long, too wide in the heel and not the usual SS that I wear in width. They all go back. I am trying these in a 9 SS because they are very cute and a good fit with my wardrobe.
