Fit is terrible
Most of the jeans I buy are Mother so I love this brand, but these are terrible. The thighs are so small I don't know who could actually wear these. I am usually a 27, but I sized up based on reviews and that didn't help at all. I have long legs for my height and can wear a 32-33" inseam with no alterations, but as others said the length is too long and because of the flare they can't be hemmed more than an inch or so and that won't be enough to make them wearable. If you are very tall and have very thin thighs then these are your jeans, but for the average body, these are a hard no.

Great jeans- run small and long!
I’m usually a 30 or 29 in jeans. Both were too small- tight in legs, zipper pulling. And as others have said VERY LONG. That’s why 4 not 5 stars. And also probably why they have been on sale. The 31 came back in stock, just arrived and fit great. True black. Yes they need hemming, but good jeans under $100 on sale. I’ll pay to have them hemmed by a tailor who makes “ jean ” hems.

Comically long
I don't know how to rate these jeans because they were SO comically long, it's hard to tell what they may have looked like had they been of normal length. I am 5'9" and these easily hung 5" below my heel. They were also a bit too tight. I'm usually a 29 in Mother, which is the size I ordered, but these were snug. Had they been a better fit, I would have considered paying to have them hemmed, but since they weren't, I'm returning them. Disappointing all around.

Perfect for tall girls!
I've gone back & forth on these jeans for a while between my normal size in Mother jeans and the next size up. In the end, I'm sticking to my normal size. I love the fit of these, they fit the body in all the right places and for girls 5'10" + - they are perfect in length & look amazing with heels!<3
