Almost Perfect!
I loved this dress online and in person. 100% cotton and beautiful blue, perfect for the summer! Unfortunately it has two hanger loops at the front of the dress that poke out when you wear it. For me, it wasn't worth keeping because of that so I'm returning. If those hanger loops weren't there I would have kept the dress.
