I absolutely love Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. Years ago, I stopped shopping at other retailers entirely because Nordstrom is my absolute favorite place to spend my money. However, I am writing this review because I want to keep shopping here, but their shipping errors are making it incredibly difficult.For the third time in a few years, the warehouse has sent me the completely wrong item. Most recently, I ordered Hudson relaxed-fit jeans and received tight, straight-leg True Religion jeans instead. In the past, I ordered a candle and got a men's watch, and another time I ordered a Hugo Boss work dress and received a completely different brand's sundress.Because I love the store, I always tried to be understanding. But when I went to Nordstrom Rack to return the incorrect jeans, the interaction with customer service feel deeply uncomfortable and suspicious. A friend who used to work at Nordstrom later told me that employees often assume the customer is switching the items on purpose.It is incredibly upsetting to be looked at like a fraud when I am a fiercely loyal customer just trying to fix their warehouse mistake. Nordstrom, please fix your packing accuracy and train your store staff to trust your loyal shoppers. I want to keep spending my money with you, but these logistics errors and awkward return interactions need to stop.

way too large!
I have a few other Hudson jeans in size 27 that fit perfectly. These pants fit like a size 29! I'd return them instantly if I could but they were final sale. Too bas Nordstrom doesn't allow Ambassador level members to return any product/
