Comfy Flat. Not Too Hard!
These flats fit straight out of the box. No need to break them in like so many others. The shoes are soft and feel nice on my feet. The color is exactly as I expected and as described. I have a narrow heel and these don't slip in the back, at all. When I walk in them, they flex and are not hard. They don't hurt my feet around the small toe area, something I always worry about. They feel like they are molded to my feet. They are soft and comfortable. While the color is perfect, the pair I received had darker spots on the side of one shoe. I don't like to return things that I like, so I will try to get the spots out. I think a good gentle brushing should help. I took one star off for the spots.

The sizing is off. Maybe they are defective I’m not sure. I am considering trying a half size up, but I don’t trust the inconsistent sizing and with Rack’s return policy guidelines may not be worth the hassle
