Poor quality and wrong color shipment
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent purchase. The item I received is completely different from what was depicted in the pictures online. The color selected and shipped is different. The quality is poor, the materials used appear cheap, and frankly, it is not worth the money I paid for it. This experience has been a total disappointment, as the product does not meet the expectations set by its representation. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter. Never expected this from Nordstorm.
