I AM ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE WITH THESE BOOTS!!!….. My husband purchased The Vibrant Bungee Cord Boots for me for Christmas and Oh My Goodness are they amazing!!!…. This is the second pair we’ve purchased for me…. I have wide feet and am typically size 9 or 9.5. Husband ordered these in 10 medium width and they fit exactly how I wanted them to fit, just enough room for a thick pair of socks or second pair to keep my feet warm… I don’t like my toes feeling squished, I need to be able to wiggle my toes…. The bungee cord colors are amazing!!!…. The salmon colored accents really pop… they are sooooo much prettier in person… I have purchased the sneaker for my husband twice and he loved both pairs…. Thanks for another great shoe!!

I wore these to go hiking in the Rocky Mountains on a 8.5 mile trail up and down flattop mountain - I fell three times on the hike as the shoe laces would get caught on the opposite shoe's metal eyelets. Aside from breaking a few fingernails and scraping my palms, I was uninjured. However, I shudder to think what could have happened if I wore them on my visit to the Grand Canyon. While they were comfortable for the hike, I do not recommend as I feel it is dangerous if you go on more treacherous trails. I ended up losing my two large toenails a month after the hike but that is my fault for not sizing a size up and ordering my true size.

Great boot but …
It’s a great boot. Great ankle & arch support. They are waterproof and keep my feet warm. My only issue is that they are disclosed as “runs small”. Then fix this. Make the sizing accurate. When the boot gets wet in the snow & then dries, the toe box is too tight. For the cost, the sizing needs to be accurate, not smaller. I didn’t have the option to size up.

Well with the price.
I love my Merrill’s Moab 3 waterproof. They are comfortable and keep my feet warm. My third pair! Took them to rainy Ireland and snowy Buffalo New York. Tried another brand, it was a mistake. Back to Merrill’s.

Comfortable but NOT Waterproof- Freezing in Snow
I bought 3 pairs of these last year, one for me, my mom, and my sister. They are comfortable and warm when paired with a thick sock. Unfortunately none of the 3 pairs we received are actually waterproof so I can only give them 3 stars. Even just stepping in the snow causes water to seep in and your toes freeze. I had hoped these would be good snow hikers for my family but unfortunately no good in rain or snow.
Merrell had great waterproof shoes but I guess only with the Goretex.

Can’t Beat Perfection!
My hiking trails are rugged and I hike everyday. This is the only boot that needs zero breaking in and fit past perfectly. I have purchased dozens of pairs over the decades. They make a great gift!! Could not be happier

Great hiking shoe with good ankle support.
I have had Merrell Moab 2s for years. I decided to get a new pair at the mid-height for some extra ankle support. The comfort is the same, and it does add additional ankle support. Happy!
