Almost perfect shoe-
Great shoe. Very comfortable - almost no breaking in period. Love the color. Thinking about second color. Look good with work pants as well as a skirt or jeans.

I love my pair of Kori’s, light taupe shoes. Very comfortable. However, within a month, the side seam broke open and split. Very disappointing. Probably the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever bought. They need to fix this defect.

Not enough support for me
I'm surprised at all the reviews that say this shoe has support. The sole is quite flat, especially under the ball of the foot. I can't imagine walking over any kind of uneven pavement, paths, etc. and finding these shoes comfortable. Maybe they'd be OK for short walks, but they wouldn't do to take on a trip where you're going to walk a lot. At $239, they should be a more substantial shoe. I returned them immediately.
