Amaya Flexa Flat (Women)

The shoes are so elegant, unfortunately they run a half of a size too big. I purchased them a few months ago, but just tried them on today. Too big. I'd love to exchange for a smaller size, but they're final sale. (Maybe customer service will get a wind of my review and grant a return 😊) Just keep that in mind! Otherwise, a beautiful shoe.

I am writing to share my unpleasant experience with the recent purchase of these shoes. Despite the initial impression of quality, I found the durability of these shoes extremely disappointing. I only managed to wear the shoes three times before they broke, a fact I find unacceptable for any footwear. I have included pictures below to illustrate the damage that occurred within such a short period of usage. It is worth noting that I suffer from hyperhidrosis, an excessive sweating condition, yet I have never experienced such poor durability with any other shoes I've owned. In comparison to my other footwear, which typically lasts significantly longer despite my condition, these shoes fell short of the mark. The poor quality of the materials became evident after just three wears, raising serious questions about the product's manufacturing standards. In conclusion, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend these shoes to others. The lack of durability and the subsequent inconvenience it caused was deeply disappointing. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration for future product improvements.
