They Fall Apart Fast
They look sharp, but sadly they fall apart very quickly. I walk quite a bit, averaging between 10,000 to 12,000 steps a day. Within six months, chunks started coming out of the heel lining and dug into my ankles causing skin irritation. A hole developed on the bottom of one of the sneakers. Overall these are not worth the price point. Get New Balance if you need walking sneakers.

Great shoes
I stumbled across the shoe in a department store. I’d never heard of Mephisto before purchasing this shoe but I’m glad I did. It is one of my most comfortable shoes in my collection. I plan to check out more of their shoes.

Squeaky Sneakers
Disappointing! The loudest shoes I've ever worn. I expected a smooth ride with the "air cushioning" not that it would squeak loudly with every step. It doesn't matter if you walk on carpet they still squeak. My coworkers and family are all laughing at my new squeakers. I called Memphisto and the woman said to sprinkle baby powder inside the shoes and rub rub dryer sheets on the bottom of the soles.....which was a waste of time.
