Bad Customer service
I purchased a white one that unfortunately it had make up on the inside. It was the only while one and the only hat with makeup on it. I asked the clerk to take off 10% off and she said no. I reluctantly bought it but I will be shopping less since the sale of the store in May, this is my second time seeing the service going downhill.
