Front Seam Ankle Leggings

These leggings fit true to size (I weigh 125 lbs, 5’3” in height) and are snug, high waisted with a center seam down the front. They are a tad long on me, but it’s easy to fold the extra length up and under at the ankle. The ponte knit has a nice mid-weight - not thin or thick, not see-through and it doesn’t show lumps or bumps. I’ll wear them as dress leggings this winter.

The pants had real potential until I tried to put them on. The lower leg/calf area and ankle are ridiculously small. I couldn’t actually get the opening over my foot without a great deal of effort. Then I couldn’t get them over my calf. It was stupid how off these were. Also, I’m thin and I don’t have particularly large calves. The waist and everything else was fine; I even liked the fabric. Unfortunately, they’re going back.
