Brand new and mis-shapen?
So disappointing. The sweater was pitted all over. The shoulders were mis-shapen and faded like it had been on a hard hanger in the sun for a year. Who would package this up and send it as if it was brand new and in good condition? Please find the person who packaged this.

Love this sweater! Not itchy at all. Very forgiving and flattering. I already own the rolled mock neck version and was excited to see that they have a crew neck version.
